Gratitude Diary Day 20: I am endlessly grateful to the delivery services and their drivers for revolutionizing our shopping experiences. A paradigm shift has occurred compared to just a few years ago. Admittedly, re-imagining the high streets presents us with challenges, but in the long term, businesses that adapt will survive and provide even more efficient and convenient services. We may even see a reduction of traffic in town centres and an increase in green spaces, which would be a significant advantage.
