I couldn't help but be intrigued by this street food - not just the name, but the look of it as well. It's a dish that features a fried egg sitting atop a cheesy, cabbage-filled base with a myriad of savory ingredients thrown in. It's almost like a Western-style burger, but with multiple layers of elements on the outside.
